Why VIVAAN® exists
When people don't know who they are, decisions become harder, confidence drops and motivation comes and goes.
VIVAAN® helps people understand the identity behind their choices so they can move forward with more clarity, confidence and purpose.
Confidence starts with understanding human behaviour
Heal the Baseline
Studies show that overuse of screens and digital media is linked to rising anxiety, depression and identity confusion.
By stepping offline and participating in tactile human-centred experience, we can develop a clearer sense of self and long-term emotional intelligence.
The Human Experience
The six-zones of VIVAAN® help you explore your patterns, behaviours and integrates neurolinguistic programming, expressive arts and sensory activation to rewire behaviour at a neural level.
"Who you are becoming is shaped by what you dare to explore"

Meet our Founder
"When we understand ourselves, we can shape our future."- Sandy Sagoo
Sandy's story is born from a feeling of not belonging, misunderstood and never feeling quite "at home".
Through her passion of metacognition and decades of continuous analysis, she reverse-engineered her journey and created VIVAAN®; a fluid framework to find your way back.
Being highly sensory herself, Sandy actively works well with neurodiverse communities, as she understand what is feels like to have a brain that works a little differently.
Her open and bold approach addresses current global issues inclusive of mental health, trauma, chronic illness and invisible disabilities.
